If for any reason you are not happy with the job we do, we will stay until you are!
*We offer a 7-Day warranty. If any spots or stains should re-appear within this time, we will come back out and re-clean the areas of concern. If you’re still not amazed with the job Really Clean performed for you, we will promptly return all monies for the areas of concern! It’s that simple.
Most dark stains, general dirt stains, grease stains and overall soil issues are all included in our general cleaning program.
*Specialty stains may be an option to the general cleaning and guarantee. We will let you know in advance of your options. Feel free to ask about any concerns.

Most stains will come out in our stain removal process. However, some stains may not come out 100% if other incorrect products were already used by someone else. It may be tough… But we will always give it our best effort! There have been several occasions where we were successful, regardless.
*If you are not simply thrilled with the job, we will stay until you are.
If you have any stains re-surface, we will come back and treat them again. If you are not happy with the job after our second try, we will simply refund you for any of the concerned areas. It’s that simple!
